The machine is used for the production of reinforcement wire mesh. Machine works with pre-cut long and cross wire. The machine is driven by a digital servo motor and the machine also has a feed unit for adding a long wire.

The wire diameter ranges from 4 to 10. Long step fixed 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and cross step is adjustable in the software from 50 to 300mm. The maximum mesh size is 2300 mm and the maximum length 6000 mm.

At the customer's request, an upgrade with an automatic mesh gymnast is possible. Customer-specific specification on request.

Capacity: mesh size 2300 mm x 6000 mm with step 150 mm x 150 mm and wire diameter 6 is 400 pieces / 8 h (in ideal condition).
